Sarah Uses New Technology in Bakery


Sarah has started to use new technology to check food temperatures and record ingredients on her new computer Gerrald!  Applied Principles from Worcester designed the new software for a single site use.

Sarah now pokes and prods all her baked products when they come out of the oven!
