We produce a Tea Loaf - which is naturally sweetened with sultanas, which in 2006 won a Gold Award from the Great Taste Awards.  It is a very popular cake which people love to taste at shows.  Although it does not keep well it freezes well and most people but 2!

We also produce scones and fruit pies which are naturally sweetened (can be a bit tart!) an scones which are all avialable at the famrers markets.
